MotoGP organisers are considering adding the Hungarian Grand Prix to next year's calendar, at a new track that is now under construction.

Plans for the Balatonring circuit, which is to be built near Savoly, 100 miles from Budapest, were unveiled on Wednesday at a press conference attended by Dorna CEO Carmelo Ezpeleta.

Dorna has asked motorcycle racing's governing body, the FIM, for the event to be considered for next year's schedule.
